Your order will be processed/produced within 2-5 working days (Monday - Friday) after receipt of payment. Please note that this is SLOW FASHION. Most of the products are made from scratch after ordering, this can take some time. Shipping within Germany usually takes another 3-5 working days. Deliveries abroad usually arrive within 14-25 working days.

Shipping to Germany costs a flat rate of 5,49€ - 6,99€. For shipments abroad, the shipping costs start at 12,99€ (depending on the geographical location). 

RETURN

If something does not fit do not worry. You have 2 weeks after the arrival of the order to send it back. Please email me first vkillakira@gmail.com and tell me the reason for the return. As soon as I confirm the return, you will send me the goods:

VERSAND

Die Bearbeitung/Anfertigung deiner Bestellung erfolgt innerhalb von 2-5 Werktagen (Montag - Freitag) nach Eingang der Zahlung. Bitte beachte, dass es sich hier um SLOW FASHION handelt. Die meisten Produkte werden meistens nach Bestellung neu angefertigt, dies kann etwas dauern. Der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands dauert dann im Normalfall auch nochmal 3-5 Werktage. Lieferungen ins Ausland sind in der Regel innerhalb von 14-25 Werktagen bei dir.

Der Versand nach Deutschland kostet pauschal 5,49 € - 6,99 €. Bei Sendungen ins Ausland liegt der Versand ab 12,99 € (je nach geographischer Lage)

 RÜCKGABE

Wenn etwas nicht passt, mach dir keine Sorgen. Du hast 2 Wochen nach dem Eintreffen der Bestellung Zeit, sie zurückzuschicken. Bitte schicke mir zuerst eine E-Mail an vkillakira@gmail.com und nenne mir den Grund für die Rücksendung. Sobald ich die Rücksendung bestätige, schicke mir bitte die Ware zu:

Nach Erhalt der Ware erstatte ich Ihnen das Geld (Verkaufspreis des Teils) auf das Konto, mit dem du es bezahlt hast. Die Versandkosten werden nicht übernommen.
